General Terms

  1. You need to share a signed copy of NOC (signed by Property owner), Registered Rent Agreement and your ID proof (PAN, Driving License, Passport or Aadhar) on sales@officefurnrent.in. Order will be processed only post submission of all necessary documents.
  2. Six Month Rent would be payable as Security Deposit which is fully refundable at the end of the tenure after successful return of products without damage.
  3. You can upgrade to a higher tenure package anytime. However downgrading to a lower tenure package is not available. Under circumstances, if you return the products before the minimum tenure, you would be charged rental for the entire tenure.
  4. The monthly rental needs to be paid within 5 days of receiving monthly payment Invoice. In case of delay, an interest of 18% per month would be applicable on due amount.
