Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  1. You need to share a signed copy of NOC (signed by the Property owner), Registered Rent Agreement and your ID proof (PAN, Driving License, Passport or Aadhar) on support@officefurnrent.in. The order will be processed only after post submission of all necessary documents.
  2.  Six Month Rent would be payable as Security Deposit which is fully refundable at the end of the tenure after the successful return of products without damage.
  3. You can upgrade to a higher tenure package anytime. However, downgrading to a lower tenure package is not available. Under circumstances, if you return the products before the minimum tenure, you would be charged rental for the entire tenure.
  4.  The monthly rental needs to be paid within 5 days of receiving monthly payment Invoice. In case of delay, an interest of 18% per month would be applicable on due amount.

Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery may not be available for remotely located areas or extreme ends of Pune. Please check with our support team on support@officefurnrent.in if you are in doubt.
  2. Delivery can take around 10-14 days. However, we work on best efforts basis and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
  3. Delivery & Pickup charges would be on actuals.
  4. In case of service lift is not working or goods cannot fit in the lift, additional labor charges (mathadi charges) applicable based on actuals.
  5. Furniture can be assembled at the office also.

Service & Maintenance

  1.  Service and Maintenance will be handled by AP Interior Rent LLP free of cost.
  2. The service of appliances may take every quarter.
  3. All our products are new or new. We hope you care for them as much as we do. Basic wear & tear is acceptable. In case of full or partial damage to any products, the customer is liable for the replacement of the full product or damaged part.

Cancellation Terms

No change or cancellation allowed once an order is placed.
